NL10 - AKo - preflop fold ok?

I know the villain for 38 hands. That is not much. He has played ~33% of his hands so far, raising ~18%. I have never seen him 4-bet. He is playing 2 tables at the time. In case he is watching - I haven´t done anything special before the flop, neither light raising nor expensive laydowns. Just by incident, I have been folding on the flop more than average, but only for small pots.
Is it +EV to proceed here, and if so, how?
Or can I lay the hand down here?
