Hand mucked, pot pushed, then hand unmucked
This was a hand my friend was in, and I was not suprised by the ruling in my house, but I was curious what you guys think the ruling should have been.
The final board read T-9-2-2-3, the river gets checks down and my friend tables T-9. Villain throws his hand away, the pot is pushed, and my friend says "i thought for sure you had an overpair" as he is raking in and stacking the pot. Board is still out there and the hand is in the muck, but somewhat identifiable. Villain grabs the top 2 cards from the muck and pulls out 2 aces. Floor is called. What's the ruling? |
