Default Dealing with a check raise

Villain is loose preflop and c bets a lot, he's not that good though, I have been going at it often with him and have not seen a check raise yet.

Villain (sb): 130
Hero (BB) : 180

.5/1
hero dealt Ad7d

all folds to villain who raises to 4, hero calls

flop: 2c6h7h
pot: 8
villain checks, hero bets 6, villain raises to 18, hero calls

turn: Td
pot: 44
villain leads 28, hero??

I think my hand is good here, but have become a pussy because i don't deal well with check raises. I am not positive that my hand is ahead, just have a feeling it is.
What is the best play? Should I raise since I feel there is a chance that villain is drawing or just call down because I'm not 100% on my read? If I raise and he is drawing, he will call a 3-4x raise of his bet, I know that.
