Default Concept Question: Is Betting or C/C here better?

Villain is unknown, I run at 20/17 in case he has stats on me.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($38)
CO ($49.35)
Button ($66.20)
SB ($14.35)
Hero ($52.50)
UTG ($37)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls $0.50, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2.5</font>, CO calls $1.50.

Flop: ($4.75) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $3.25</font>, CO calls $3.25.

Turn: ($11.25) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

I feel my hand plays best when I c/c, as I don't think I get much action from hands that I beat. The problem is, AT/AJ are the only hands I would c/c with here. He doesn't know that, but I still don't want to get in the habit of playing transparently if/when I get to higher stakes.

Is narrowing my range to only two hands a problem if I'm aware what I'm doing to my range? In other words even if he knows I can only have AJ/AT here, I know he knows that?

I know this doesn't matter at NL$50, but still something I'd like to figure out.
