Default At what point?...

Is it impossible to be a winning player over the long run?
Im talking about VPIP, PFR%, TAF.
If you are able to play something like 50/15 and constantly win(no this is not me), then I dont see how it can be a bad strategy exactly.
What is the general recommendations for these stats for yourself?
Ex. like 20/10/2 or something?
