Post your summer accomplishments here!
So summer has pretty much ended for me and I am sure most everyone else. I know there have been tons of people who have been working on their Summer 2007 goals. I made a plan, followed it, and saw results. Lets post them up for discussion/comments/motivation for others.
Mine: Started June 18 2007 out of shape, gained 20 pounds from Freshman year of college. Decided to create calorie deficit along with working out 4 times a week or so. Starting: Height: 6'1 Weight: 220 Max Bench: 175 Max Deadlift: 185 Mile time: ~9 minutes September 20th 2007, noticed huge increase in daily energy, ableness to sleep, metabolism. Body shape completely changed for the better. Height: 6'1 Weight: 207 Max Bench: 230 Max Deadlift: 315 Mile Time: ~7:30 Goals for the upcoming year end: Weight to 195 Focus on cardio with lifting to maintain At least keep current maxes Eat well, don't drink too much. |
