Default how much to bet when squezing?

Im referring to the situation when someone open raises and someone just calls the raise and then I 3bet from the blinds (not a squeze in a limped pot).

Assume 100 bb stacks. I raise more then pot in the normal 3bet spot where I am in blinds and someone open raises to take blinds to cut down implied odds and to reduce positional advantage.

However, it seems to me that when squezing it is uneccesary and probably even undesirable to bet any more then pot in the scenario I described above. Seems a pot raise is more then enough to cut down implied odds to the open raiser (since it is a decent amount more then the traditional 3bet) and I think there is certainly little problem getting it all in in a reraised squezed pot when someone does end up calling (so no need to pump the pot to get big hands paid off). Since most of us are betting light the majority of the time in squeze spots would it be best to bet just slight under pot or about pot every time?? I'm beginning to think that slightly under pot might be best. Thoughts on that??!?
