Default Noob to online poker

What are the key programs to have when playing online poker?

Rakeback programs- I missed the boat on these, as I've already registered accounts at UB and Pstars.

It looks like Pokertracker is a must-have (will buy asap).

What about Harrington's calculations on M and Q values? Are there any online tools available for calculating these while in a tournament? I once saw a you-tube video where someone had an excel spreadsheet available while playing in a tournament, but do not know if this is sold somewhere - or was home made.
