what would you do with this cash flow?

Just wondering what you would do with the following cash flow (Canadian funds)...i'll post what I'm planning to do tomorrow night!

Year 1: +40,000 (total 40,000)
Year 2: +30,000 (total 70,000)
Year 3: -60,000 (total 10,000)
