2/4 AA facing rivershove

Villain is running 30/18 over 100 hands, small sample but I think he is in this range. Couple hands ago I raise AJ utg, he calls OTB and SB calls too. Flop comes Q65r, SB bets out, i fold and villain calls. Turn is offsuit 9 and villan goes broke with QTo.

Wish I had more reads on him. I have gone from easy fold to why would he overbet this when he knows I have a hard time calling? Or is this his thoughts exactly. damn these levels of thinking :P
