Default Probably standard, JJ in 3-bet pot OOP

My image is laggy and spewy, villain is a decent seeming TAG after 50 or so hands. I check the flop because I feel like the hand becomes impossible to play if I'm called or raised. On the turn I feel like I'm ahead a lot, but shoving for value is obviously out of the question and calling doesn't guarantee me a showdown. Do I just have to give up on this pot on the flop, or is there some way to play my hand for value?
