Default I hate gettin donked

PokerStars 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 4 folds, Hero raises, 1 fold, Button calls, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, Button calls, SB calls, BB raises, UTG folds, Hero 3-bets, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls.

Turn: (9 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, Hero...

Flop went well, BB had a Q to C/R me so I can 3-bet and get it HU.

On the turn however, BB here is 33% vpip so will make the pf call with any 2, and it sure looks like her 2 are QT or better. Gut feel is her hand is made with at least one pair Q's, maybe 2pair, and she has me on wiffed overs.

I is a scared of the donk. I ain't folding this here as I may be good and even not I have a ton of outs (2 K's, 4 J's, and mebby 3 9's and 3 4's for 2 pair).

If I am best, a reraise just might get her to fold so I loose a BB.

What I do?
