a very bad day...

Well yesterday I post that last week was a very bad week because i blow half of my BR, and is down to 300$. And I decided to go down to 10nl. I started good the day, I was up by +60. But a series of bad beats. firts i had $25 in a table, and someone raise .50 i re raise to $3 and he called. The board came A75rainbow, i check he goes all in for about $23 he got left ( he had me cover) and I call as put him hehad 10s and the turn brought a 10. And i got busted, after that i had like that. And im stuck now. Should I take a break although im playing well or continue playing???
