Moneybookers customer support = TERRIBLE?
I have been trying to get in contact with them about a bug in their system, not allowing you to add another credit with the same number as a previous one but with a different type.
I literally went through every FAQ messaging center BS, I contacted security@moneybookers.com.... No response. Everytime you mail them under "desposits" they send an automated e-mail, completly ignoring whatever you type in "additional comments". It has been 7 days now and I have absolutly nothing other than a couple crappy automated replies.. I dont want to call their phone support and wait for 1 hour paying really high international long distance fees.. Anyone with similar experience?? (IE I accidently added it as a mastercard but really its a visa, but now when I try to add a new visa card, it says an account already exists with this number... Yet I cant remove the mastercard one) |
