Default river value spot how much?

pf raiser is pretty tight with no history, the guy on my right has it out for me cause he thinks i'm raising a lot though i've been playing pretty solid.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $432.50
BB: $406.00
UTG: $394.00
CO: $1,172.90
Hero (BTN): $1,008.80

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $14.00</font>, CO folds, Hero calls $14.00, SB calls $12.00, BB folds

Flop: ($46) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $36.00</font>, SB calls $36.00, UTG calls $36.00

Turn: ($154) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $75.00</font>, SB calls $75.00, UTG calls $75.00

River: ($379) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero...

turn size is questionable i was maybe bet/folding because of utg's flop check/call but it'd be a tough spot, maybe a bigger turn since many draws are out but i have bottom set as well, i'm not very concerned with outtogetme calling station, he could def. be drawing though.

on the river my hand is pretty underrepped due to small turn, after they check, i'm pretty sure river is a value bet how much here?
