I eat a lot
I eat a lot. Plain and simple. I'm 6'5" 190lbs. I would venture to guess my body fat % is between 15-18%, with most of , if not all of my fat in my stomach (beer).
Anyway, I'll give you a run down on what I've eaten today. I want to see what you guys think. 5:30am - Bowl of Basic 4 cereal + two pieces of whole weat bread with two tbsp of chunky PB 8:00am - 12oz cherry pomegranate juice + one chocolate chip cookie 10am - 1.5 handfuls of almonds 12pm - Turkey sandwich with one slice of Kraft single cheese + a handful of fat free Lays + 12oz raspberry white tea 5pm - two grille chicken breasts + 6 tbsp cottage cheese 8pm - two slices of PB toast approx two tbsp PB 11pm - handfull of spinach + 1.5 tbsp bleu cheese vinagrette I've probably drank 32oz of water today as well. |
