How much equity do I need to make this call

6 handed game. Reasonable players. UTG+1 opens. His stats are 24/17/2. Folded to me in BB with 97s. If I stove this agaisnt a 17% range I will have about 35% equity. 3.5sb in the pot.

What determines if I should call or fold?
