Party Poker Cashout Dilema..

Ok my roomate got a 15$ bonus last week, turned it into 150$, and asked me if I could cash it out using my moneybookers account since he doesnt have one. I thought he could simply just transfer the 150$ to my Party acct then I just cash it out using MoneyBookers.

But I was horribly wrong...

1. Party will let u transfer everything except 50$ in your account. So my friend can only transfer 2/3 of the money to me.
2. Party wont let me cashout his money unless I play x amt of raked hands.

So as of now I have 100$ in my acct, and friend has 50$ in his acct. I phoned party support to ask if they could transfer rest of his money to me, or I transfer back to him and he does an e-cheque. They wont let me do that..

Any tips to solve this problem?

I have a possible solution to fix the problem, but it is very unethical and I'd rather not go to it.
