1/2 Live 400max...ish: Is mine line good?

Table tends to be a loose. I'm one of, if not the tightest player at the table.

SB checks. I check again, as does next guy and the PFR. Button bets 60. I call and the rest fold.

Was I too passive until the river? His bet seemed weak to me, but if he had like AT or KT I figured he's calling here. Obviously if he rasies i can get away from it. But is this a bad line? What hands are paying me off that would be betting on the turn besides the two mentioned above? Q8, QJ, JJ, T9, T8, T7?

Edit: I forgot my read on the player. He will pay off with weaker hands and lead with 3rd pair if he thinks he can take it down. He tends to bluff big if he is trying to steal.
