Default 200 NL, flopped trips against tight raiser, call or raise?

CO has really nitty stats, like 14/11.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $201.80
Hero (BB): $211.60
UTG: $295.20
MP: $258.65
CO: $196.40
BTN: $53.55

Preflop: Hero is dealt 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">CO raises to $6.00</font>, 2 folds, Hero calls $4.00

Flop: ($13) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">CO bets $8.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $31.00</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $60.00</font>

Obviously I'm not worried about him having a better hand, but should I call or raise here?

He re-raised so small that he's not committed to the pot yet. As dumb as it sounds, could he be 3-betting an overpair to test if I have the 6, folding to a 4-bet?
