Hey Guys,

I have the opportunity to get into the golf equip./apparel business online through a friend of mine who owns a retail golf store. He will sell to me at his cost + 5%. He has access to every major brand. I can sell clubs, balls, bags, clothing, etc. I have experience in successful online retailing from a previous business that I have since sold. Golf is one of my passions and I think that it would be a fun business to be in.

One of my concerns is the oversaturation of online golf sales, but the fact that golf is a HUGE industry means that there is still lots of money to be made. I would imagine that it would take some time to get the site SEO'ed after it is built and that PPC advertising would be costly.

Any ideas or opinions of this industry would be highly appreciated.
