Pinnacle won´t let me withdraw my funds

Hi,

About two months ago I created an account with pinnacle and deposited a small amount, $100, just to get acquainted with their service and lines.

I actually didn´t use their book much, I only made one bet, and yesterday I decided to withdraw the remaining amount, $95.

Today I received a mail from their support, stating that I haven´t met the wagering requirements for a withdrawal.

Now I know that wagering requirements need to be met in order to receive bonuses, but I never received/claimed any bonuses, and the mail clearly states that I need to bet a certain amount before I can be eligible for a free withdrawal.

I understand that pinnacle only allows 1 free withdrawal per month, but this is my first ever withdrawal request.

Can anyone confirm if this is indeed their standard policy?
