I hate Mcdonalds.
I stop at the Mcdonald's on the way home about once a month, and tend to only do so when my fridge is devoid of food. After all Mcdonalds has some of the most god awful food imaginable, why else would someone eat there be it not out of necessity?
So anyway my default breakfast which consists of 4 hashbrowns, 3 sides of egg with cheese, and 3 sides of sausage with cheese usually runs me a little short of $20. Quite a lot for not a lot of food, but I never bothered myself with why. Well tonight, I stopped there on the way home from a late night/early morning session and I promptly placed my order. On the screen it displayed "Add Cheese .90" underneath all of my orders. WTF. This is $1.00 I see two slices of cheese, which are each .90. So with a $1.00 purchase you are ordering $1.80 worth of cheese discounting the beef, ketchup, bun, and pickle that go along with it. How could anyone pass up this good offer? Mcdonald's is theoretically giving away food with their awesome dollar menu...or not. Worst [censored] company in the world. How does a company with such piss poor food and service end up being an industry leader? Please someone explain this to me. |
