Default NL25 - Should I ever fold TT preflop to a re-raise?

Villain is 12/8/0.9 after 100+ hands

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $23.30
BB: $70.25
Hero (UTG): $24.75
MP: $20.44
CO: $23.30
BTN: $31.57

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $1.00</font>, MP calls $1.00, <font color="red">CO raises to $4.00</font>, 5 folds

Pot Size: $6.35

Looked like it would be tough to play tens against that kind of villain without flopping a set. Should I have called?
