Yes, I am, when it comes to GH. The acromegaly is noticeable, as is the gut growth. A cardiologist who gave him an ECG would notice massive heart growth as well as severe thickening of the heart's walls. Pretty obvious, really. Bones just should not grow naturally beyond puberty.
