Location: Bay 101 in San Jose, CA
Stakes: $40/$80 Players: 9-handed. Fairly decent game loose aggressive game. *** of 5 Principal Player: Button – Ex prop. I think Tony is his name. Wears Bellagio cap, has “Presto” pocket 55 card protector. Seems like a decent tight/aggressive player. I’ve only played with him a couple of times for short whiles. Maybe someone else could key me into his habits. My image: I’m tight-aggressive, and I’m running particularly bad- - 2/3 racks bad. Poor cards, and cards not holding up. Some poor schmuck tried to bluff river raise against me when I held KK. But I don’t take it too personally. I think he likes to just bluff in general. Anyways, I digest… on to the real hand. Preflop action: (1.5 small bets, 9 players) 2 limps, and I limp with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in HJ, Tony on button calls, SB completes, BB checks. Flop action: (6 small bets, 6 players): J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Check to me, I bet, button calls all else folds. Turn action: (4 big bets, 2 players): Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I bet, Button raises. How should I proceed from here? Results to come. Comments and suggestions welcome. Garland |
