Default Preflop Audit from HJ

I am going to start posting some preflop hands just to make sure that I haven't fallen into any bad habits. Assume the game is typical, not overly aggressive pre or post flop. Usually 3-6 players seeing the flop, sometimes more, sometimes less. Assume that SB is tight and decent, and BB is loose and bad. The cutoff is loose and Bad and the button is tight and decent. I have a TAG image

Hand 1) Loose bad player limps UTG, Tight decent player calls, from MP. What do you do with these hands? Q9s, 33, 99, QJ offsuit, 67s, AT offsuit.

Hand 2) Tight decent player limps UTG folded to you in HJ. What do you do here? A4s, 77, KJ offsuit, 89s.

I appreciate your thoughts. If you say fold, what would be the next best hand you would call with or raise.

Thanks.
