Hi, I'm trying to find mistakes in my game and I recently ran into this hand. After reviewing the hand I'm not sure if I played it right. Stats on my opponent are as follows: 29/10 out of 154 hands. Full Tilt 0.25/0.5 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)
Preflop: 4 folds, SB raises, BB 3-bets, SB calls. Flop: (7.40 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) SB checks, BB bets, SB raises, BB calls. Turn: (5.70 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) SB checks, BB checks. River: (5.70 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) SB bets, BB raises, SB folds. Final Pot: 7.70 BB I think my biggest mistake was folding on the river. At the time I felt that there was no way I wasn't beat and I was saving myself a bet. After reviewing the hand though I feel like I should have at least called because of the size of the pot. I'm not a very good player and am trying to improve my game. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Also note that although it says it was 6-handed it was at a full ring table. 3 people had just left simultaneously. |
