Default Commerce casino don\'t answer emails

In February, I have made a small money finish at the LAPC. Because im not american, I had to pay 30% of federal taxes + 7% of state taxes.

The problem is that the receipt ended been destroy in the washing machine & the driier for some reason. So I have sent an email to: Tournaments@commercecasino.net

asking:

Hi , I have finish 32nd in the event #25. I had a to pay the federal tax of 30% + the 7% tax of california . The problem is that I have forgot the receipt in my pocket & it went the washing machine, & in the driier. Could U please send me a copy .

It was more than 6 months ago. a month later, I have made a 2nd attempts, sending the same email to 3 services that have email at the commerce-casino ( casino@commercecasino.net , tournaments@commercecasino.net Tax@Commercecasino.net )

i'm still waiting...

anyone has an email adress of someone who is kind of manager at the commerce or whatever that can help me ?
