help me bbv4l! girl advice needed, not long with cliff notes

i just moved to a big city and a nice apartment. the day i moved in i met my new neighbor who lived below me. this girl is as close as a 10 i've seen. the best way for me to describe her is a near look alike of jennifer love hewitt. we hit it off pretty well that first day. met her crazy cat, loves to climb all over the place too. i'm not sure about her quite yet. she's a little spacey and into fashion.

with that said, she's fun to be around and of course hot. here's the real kicker. a couple days after moving in i'm sleeping and i hear a knock on my window. it's her! she crawls into bed with me and we sleep for a couple hours, no we didnt do anything. she's having a horrible dream, screaming in her sleep type, and i wake her up. she completely freaks on me and runs back to her apartment. i'm a little worried but don't think too much about it. her dream must have startled her too much.

today i found a note from her inviting me to a party tomorrow. what should i do? she's really hot but seems a little like a spaz. what would you do? go to the party?

cliff notes: neighbor is crazy hot/fliirty but kinda flaky, spazzed out on me but then invited me to a party at her place tomorrow. what it do?
