NL 200 3-bet top pair bad kicker

Im trying to play more nl200 lately but i need help with hand like this.

I havent play a lot of hands with MP but i know hes a good reg 18/13. I dont think he knows me, and I had about the same stats after 50 hands maybe.

On the flop i would usually bet but with an agrssive player like that and a bad kicker what am I suppose to do?? If I bet and he check -raise I fold most of the time.

And on the turn, whats your play?
