Some great calls in this thread.

Saturday morning cartoons for sure. That feeling of waking up and knowing you've got nothing to do for the next four hours but soak up some Hanna-Barbera. I also used to live for The Wrestling Cartoon. Anyone remember that one? I was a bit older by that time, but I loved it.

This would be number one on my list. That sensory anticipation - the smell of the stale gum, the way your brain processes the possibility of opening up a Reggie Jackson or Nolan Ryan.

Making up games with my neighbourhood friends and passing the twilight hours perfecting them. "Okay, if you catch the ball off one bounce in your left hand, you get ten points. But if it bounces twice you lose three."

Not knowing whether or not a girl I liked actually liked me back.

Looking forward to seeing boobs in a PG movie. Or, for that matter, trying to watch scrambled porn to get a glimpse.
