Gonna start updating weight since I'm cutting:

8/30: 167.0
8/31: 167.5
9/1: 167.5
9/2: 167.5
9/3: 166.0

9/3: Workout A

Squat:

1x5 @ 45
1x5 @ 95
1x3 @ 135
1x2 @ 155

3x5 @ 165

Bench:

1x5 @ 45
1x5 @ 95
1x3 @ 115

3x5 @ 125

Deadlift:

1x5 @ 95
1x5 @ 135
1x3 @ 165

1x5 @ 185

Felt a little something in my lower back and probably should have just ended before my last set, gonna probably have to drop back in weight on these again until I get my form right [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Incline situps:

3x12 @ bodyweight

Dips:

3x8 @ 90 lbs assisted - wow I'm weak on these

Pullups:

4x4x3 @ bodyweight
2 negatives
