hi, did you use windows xp style?
(now it can't work on Vista OS because it isn't present windows xp style)
did you choose right seat?
Did you put omaha poker coach window on left outside pokerstars window and keep the focus on pokerstars client (simply clicking on it)

on fulltilt poker client please use followig Options: AUTO CENTER ON,
ANIMATIONS off, Table view: CLASSIC WITH AVATARS
on pokerstars: Animation Off, Normal Deck, never resize poker client windows
