I would get a RB account. Not sure which is the best one but go to the Internet poker forum or whatever and search for a thread. I don't play cash on Tilt but still get a decent deposit every month or so from rake back.

I've cashed out there a few times and haven't had any problems, but I originally made a deposit there and don't know if that makes a difference or not.

Also I highly recommend the Dell 30. I got one a few months back and love it.
