Default Big pot, should I call with two pair?

Preflop: HERO is UTG with J A
HERO raises to 1.00, 2 folds, MP calls 1.00, 1 fold, CO-1 raises to 1.50, 1 fold, Button calls 1.50, 2 folds, HERO calls 0.50, MP calls 0.50.

Flop (6.75) Q J A
HERO checks, MP checks, CO-1 bets 0.50, Button raises to 1.00, HERO raises to 1.50, MP calls 1.50, CO-1 moves all-in for 1.25, Button calls 0.75, HERO calls 0.25, MP calls 0.25.

Turn (13.75) 5
HERO bets 1.00, MP calls 1.00, Button calls 1.00.

River (16.75) K
HERO bets 1.00, MP raises to 2.00, Button raises to 3.00, HERO calls 2.00, MP raises to 2.00, Button calls 1.00, HERO calls 1.00

MP shows J T
HERO shows J A
Button shows Q T
CO-1 shows K A

MP wins 14.375 with A straight, Ace high

Button wins 14.375 with A straight, Ace high

This is a very big pot, but there's something I am pretty confused. As in all microstakes, we have to call down if we have a decent hand, cos players call with all kinds of junk. But how about for this case? Too much aggression that should indicate me to fold?

I believe that it's very possible their ranges could be AK, JJ+. But the pot is already so big, so how do I judge when do have to call it down?

Any advice is appreciated.
