Default NL25: QQ UTG, BB reraises

Hey, I'm just making the switch from Limit to NL, so there are some things that I'm wondering about preflop. One of them is how to play premium, but not great (ie. AKs, QQ, JJ, sometimes KK, AQs) hands. I think this is a perfect example of my situation.

Villain has only played about a round, and has only VP$IP one of those hands.

Bodog 6max 25NL
SB: $27.05
BB: $25.00
Hero (UTG): $24.60
MP: $24.65
CO: $16.40
BTN: $43.84

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $0.75</font>, 4 folds, <font color="red">BB raises to $2.20</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $7.00</font>, <font color="red">BB raises all-in for $22.80</font>, Hero ???

I'm wondering if I should have not 3-bet PF and just called and c/f to an unimproved flop with a big bet to me. Also what do I do in this hand if I have KK? AKs?
