On reflection I am not to thrilled with my play. First off this idea of checking when I flop trips is dubious. Very few people are going to be fooled into tossing in more money on the turn and river. And I miss the chance to get bad news early. Better to win the money fast. Also at the end it seems to me that anyone playing can only have either (Hands I beat {2pair or weaker trips}) or (hands I lose to {flush or full house or straight}. And we could have the same hand, or he could be bluffing.
In hindsight it seems most likely that I am beat and should throw my trips away.

Am I overreacting to a slightly bad beat, or is it actually correct to toss the aces. Thanks
