Re: when a game is a \"must move\"
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] When a game is a must move I have found it is better than the main game because the fish can't keep their stacks long enough to make it to the main. I wish I could just stay at the must move all night sometimes! [/ QUOTE ] You got THAT right. I'd put up with Bellagio's crappy $200 max buy-in at the NL2/5 game if I could just stay at the must move game the whole time. [/ QUOTE ] I agree also and I'm surprised more people don't realize it especially the regulars that insist on 'protecting the main game'. I recently played 15-30 at the Wynn where there were two feeders into the main game. The first two games were fine but the main game was terrible and I left. LV is a tourist gambling town. There are plenty of gambling choices and a lot of people will sit in a poker game for a few hours. These are the people you want to play against but even if they don't lose their chips they very often don't want to put in the hours and will never make it to the main game. If I was a regular at Wynn I'd lobby to get rid of the must move and next time I play there I'm going to sit out an hour and rejoin the list when it's my turn to move to the main game. |
