I have KJo in the hijack and raise to 11 after a couple of limpers, and one dead posted blind.

Only the small blind calls, pot $30.

Flop Q9x with 2 spades. He check calls my $20 continuation bet, pot $70.

Turn J. check-check. I check the turn here with alot of made hands and also my draws and bluffs, so it shouldn't mean much.

River x, no flush hits. He donk bets $20 into $67(after rake).

Can I call here, hoping he is on a missed flush or TJ?

I felt like I was dead and he was trying to extract some value out of me, and if he was going to bluff he would have bet more.
