Default 50 NL - 3betting light odd situation

This comes up every now and then when I 3 bet and I cant understand what kind of hand does this. It makes no sense to me unless they are bet folding...this makes me feel like shoving is +EV but I havn't tried it yet.

Villians are pretty average...like 19/12s that understand position and stuff.

Anyways...here is an example.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $76.35
Hero (BB): $48.00
UTG: $52.05
CO: $66.00
BTN: $50.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
3 folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $1.50</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $6.00</font>, SB calls $4.50

Flop: ($12) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $12.00</font>

Pot Size: $24.00
