Default Downswing, send help

I am a long-term winning player at 100NL HE, but lately I have been in a terrible downswing. A lot has to do with variance (the amount of money I've lost by getting sucked out on with AA and KK overpairs is absurd), but I'm definitely tilting a little and not letting go of hands like I used to.

Can someone please point me to a few good posts on how to handle downswings?
