In progress tail chasing occuring, a quick question

I met a girl last year when I was sober driving for the pledge period. Her boyfriend was already an active, but in my grade, and the night I met her she got into my truck to pick up some of her friends and could not stop saying how much she wanted to hook up with me, her and her boyfriend were having problems, she was really attracted to me, etc. I wrote this off because she was trashed and I was sober, they were fighting and she was just acting out. They got back together on and off throughout the year, she and I never really talked about it. This year rolls around and tonight at the first fraternity party of the year she comes up to me and talks to me about how she would love to be able to hang out with the same crowd if she and I hooked up/dated. Also that her and her bf are really broken up. I like her, and tell her so, that she's got a great personality, fun to hang around, etc.
He is a current ok friend. I would say hi to him if I saw him but I've never called him up to hang out or anything.

She texted me 20 minutes ago saying "come over later"
I txt "To _____? (name of street her house is on)"
She txts: "Yes"

Ummmm my play? Am I disloyal? I do like her, but it might not be worth it. She said she would call in about an hour, so I need a Man Debate about what to do.
