Default Another AQ squeeze hand

I still don't understand what these cold call-shoves mean from the BTN. I had just sat down so had no stats or reads on villain. Given that I am new to the table and an unknown, is this more or less likely to be a big hand? Hard to imagine villain anticipating a squeeze with something like KK since I have just sat.

If we are in BTN's situation, is this ever a good play with something like, say, TT against an unknown? I can't imagine doing this unless I am deliberately looking to trap an aggro squeezer.
