Default NLH Chances of 2 people hitting trips on flop

NLH 3-handed

Button folds
SB Qd5c
BB 7h5h

Flop 5d9h5s

How do you calculate chance of these 2 people in 3-handed game getting dealt same downcard and both hitting trips on flop?

Does someone know a good site or a guide for how to calculate chances in NLH in general? I didn't see a sticky for this forum.
