USB 2.0 slow

USB 2.0 slow

I have an IBM Lenovo T42p laptop with USB 2.0 ports. USB is slow (1.1 speed).
Official page does not have any USB drivers for download.

I tried installing the Intel chipset drivers. I tried uninstalling the USB drivers and seeing if XP would recognize them correctly. Tried updating the BIOS. Everything did not work.

Anyone have any ideas?
