Doesn't look like it unless it follows the CONU model, which is the only one that is pointed at Houston. The rest of the projections have it staying out of the Gulf almost completely.

That might not matter. The hurricane has already pushed up the price of petroleum futures, which is going to be reflected in gasoline prices.
