Default 100NL: 3Bet TT vs. Min-Bet

I've been a FR player for most of my poker career, but I've just started mixing in some 6max. I just sat down...no reads on the villain (though his min-bet automatically makes him an idiot, IMO), and he cannot possibly have any reads on me. Is there any good way to combat the min-bet in a 3bet pot? What's my plan for the rest of the hand?

UB NLHE - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players

SB: $80.95
BB: $75.15
UTG: $96.05
Hero (MP): $100.00
CO: $60.60
BTN: $0.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $3.50</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $11.00</font>, 3 folds, UTG calls $7.50

Flop: ($23.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
