Solve this riddle and get NO prize, FUN FUN!

A man is sentenced to punishment.....he is forced to serve out his sentence in one of the three rooms
Room #1: Filled with lions who haven't eaten in 3 years
Room #2: Filled with blazing flames
Room #3: Filled with assassins with loaded rifles

Which room should he choose and why.
