Default Reraise/folding with Decent Hands

Why do people say it is usually wrong to do this?

Here's an example...

Button w/ wide pf range opens, you have AT or KQ or 66 type hand and you can reraise or fold.

If you reraise, you know his 4-betting range is such that it'll be incorrect for you to call.

Why is reraising wrong?

Note: Can someone provide an argument beyond "then our hand is essentially a bluff, and i'd rather 3-bet T2o or 79s"?
